Zip Utility is a very useful Zip application for Symbian S60 5th touch screen mobile phones. The application enables you to extract zip files and compress other files on your mobile itself. Select one of three options and click on Continue or Forward button on top right corner.

Select the file/folder and select the output directory if you wish to extract/compress in some other directory. You can also use default directory option. The speed depends on the processing power of your mobile. Large files consume more times. Select extract option and then select zip file. Then when screen showing name of file is shown, click on done to begin extraction. You can change zip file from this screen also. Then you will be asked for output directory. You can leave to default. However you might need to change because certain phones like some models of Sony Ericsson do not allow files to be written in certain folder.

To Compress, select compress folder or compress files option and then select folder/files. Then when screen showing name of folder/files is shown, click on done to begin extraction. You can change selected folder/files file from this screen also. Then you will be asked for output directory. In case compress files option was selected on main screen, you will have to select output directory. But otherwise, you can leave to default.

Zip Utility Application works with Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, N97, N97 Mini, X6, 5230, 5233, 5235, 5530 XpressMusic, Sony Ericsson Satio and Vivaz.

Note: Make sure you off the on-screen keyboard before launching this application on your mobile, if you wish to open it in full screen.
