Glastonbury Festival which is nearly upon us. and to make navigating the huge festival and getting the most out of the long weekend, Orange in association with the Guardian Guide have created the official app for Nokia which is available for free from http://glastonbury.orange.co.uk/.
A video demonstrating the app can be seen below -
Features include:
This year's map is the most accurate, useful and interactive yet. Clicking on individual stages will bring up acts playing now and next; clicking on a band currently playing will offer the option to share to Facebook and clicking on a variety of on-site locations will enable you to share how you’re feeling and be a part of a real time 'mood map'.
My tip: turn the screen brightness down low to make sure the battery last longer! There are also Orange 'chill and charge' tents on site for those that need to recharge.
Enjoy this official Glastonbury 2011 app for Symbian S60 5th edition and Symbian^3 touch screen smartphones such as Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, N97, N97 Mini, X6, 5228, 5230, 5233, 5235, 5530 XpressMusic, N8 and C7.

What is so different or similar between Angry Birds, one of the most popular mobile game and Monty Python's Cow Tossing? Well, both of these games are very much similar in gameplay and graphics. I am not sure why the later is left behind in promotion. Here is a quick analysis of these two games after playing them on my Nokia 5800 XpressMusic.
For me, Angry Birds was little easier than Monty Python's Cow Tossing. Clearing all 45 levels did not take much time but with later, it took more time as you have more difficult levels than Angry Birds. Both the game are equally interesting with similar objects, objective and gameplay.

| What OVI says: The survival of the Angry Birds is at stake. Dish out revenge on the green pigs who stole the Birds ’ eggs. Use the unique destructive powers of the Angry Birds to lay waste to the pigs’ fortified castles. Angry Birds features hours of gameplay, challenging physics-based castle demolition, and lots of replay value. Each of the 45 levels requires logic, skill, and brute force to crush the enem y. Protect wildlife, or play Angry Birds! | What OVI says: Epic. Historic. Totally inaccurate. Arthur and his trusty Knights are on a sacred quest to seek the Holy Grail. They happen upon a castle inhabited by you, naughty French barbarians whose Master claims to "already have one". Defend your Citadel with an adjustable catapult against those English types, using a cackle of projectiles that belong more down the farm than 10 feet in the air. |
