Start Running is a Java app for Symbian S60 5th edition based touch screen mobile phones. This app helps beginners to start running. If you follow this program, you will build up over six weeks to running for 25 minutes at a time. Hope you enjoy it!

Before you start this program, try to walk for 20 minutes each day for a week. NB! Start each session with 5 minutes of walking. NB! End each session with 5 minutes of continuous walking. This allows you to cool down properly. It has been claimed that the warmup and cooldown routines aids body toning! Don't forget to stretch ar start and end.

There is no failure with this plan: Any time running or being active is a success! Don't worry if it takes longer than 6 weeks. You can always repeat a week if you are finding the progress too rapid for you. If running isn't for you, you could always substitute the run interval with power walking.
