We know Checkers as the name of several different board games. All of these games are similar in gameplay. In every kind of checkers game, the other player's pieces can be taken by being "jumped" over.


Offscreen Checkers Touch is one of these board game developed by Offscreen Technologies for Symbian S60 5th edition touch screen mobiles (Nokia N97, Nokia N97 Mini, Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, Nokia 5530 XpressMusic, Nokia X6, Samsung Omnia HD and Sony Ericsson Satio). The game is played on an 8x8 chess board. Only the dark squares are used (the light squares are never used).


Offscreen Technologies has done good work on this game as well. The graphics are really nice. The game can be played either in Single-player or Double-player mode.
