Loan Analyzer widget solves the basic equivalence calculation for loans. Because of the large range of Loan agreements in the market, the widget focuses on the most frequently encounter Loans by individuals and business (e.g. real state ownership, commercial loans for financing automobiles, appliances and other consumer products).

The Loan screen allows you to enter basic Loan details such as the Amount, Interest, Payment period, Length of loan, Start date and Payment. From these values the app will solve (or calculate) for you any of the following 3: Loan Amount, Loan Payment oe Loan Interest Rate.

Multiple iterations can be performed until the desire Loan/Payment are calculated in this screen. Once the Loan has been calculated the Analysis screen will provide additional information like the Loan End Date, Total Interest Paid and the percentage of interest over the total amount paid. It also allows you to select a potential early payment period giving the user the total amount needed to close or pay the Loan, and the total interest paid during the life of a Loan.

The Table screen will show the Principal and Interest Amount by period as well as the Total Principal and Total Interest amounts per period.
