Here is a theme called City v1.00 for Symbian S60 v5.0 i.e. for Nokia 5800 XpressMusic and N97. City is a very different than other themes in terms of the colors choosen.

City theme comes in default icons version. This outline on UI controls looks good.

The performance of this theme is acceptable but i found this theme little slower than many other available themes. UI takes little time to respond.
